• You will partner with the business, own core finance processes and challenge budget submissions to ensure resources go where they matter most.

What you'll bring

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• - A Master's degree in Business, Economics, Finance or a similar field.
• - 3-4 years of relevant work experience from finance, consulting or a related environment.
• - Experience in business partnering and working in a cross-functional environment.
• - Strong analytical acumen and the ability to present the clear story behind complex financial analyses.
• - Strong written and oral communication skills, and the ability to build trust with stakeholders across cultures and functions.
• - The confidence to drive discussions and data-driven decisions among cross-functional stakeholders.
