Lead Software Engineer - Research Tech Delivery, AI & Digital Innovation

At Novo Nordisk, we are seeking a Lead Software Engineer to join our Research Tech Delivery department in AI & Digital Innovation, R&D. In this role, you will help shape and deliver innovative digital solutions that combine modern web technologies, cloud platforms, data services, search capabilities, and agentic AI applications.

This is a hands-on technical leadership position where you will define technical direction, make architecture decisions, and actively contribute to development. You will work closely with researchers, product managers, data engineers, and software engineers in a highly collaborative and international environment.

The Position As Lead Software Engineer, you will drive the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and reliable software solutions, from early proof-of-concepts to enterprise-grade production systems.

Your responsibilities will include
