Job description Location Taastrup, Zealand, Denmark (with regular travel to Kalundborg) Job category IT & Digital Department GMS API IT – cross IT team, Global Manufacturing & Supply Your impact begins here As IT System Engineer, you will own the lifecycle and operation of the IT platforms behind Siemens PLC Engineering across API, alongside Development and Validation systems.
As new production comes online, you will keep these systems stable, secure and compliant, and orchestrate the activities that keep them fit for use. Your work supports the teams that make medicines for millions of people living with serious chronic diseases.
What you'll bring
We are looking for someone who can move between the regulatory and the technical, and who executes rather than only documents. To be a strong fit, you bring:
- - A background that qualifies for a professional-level role – a master's is welcome but not required; a bachelor's combined with relevant experience is equally valued.
- - Experience with IT system engineering, infrastructure, platform operations or technical service ownership.
- - The ability to work hands-on with systems and platforms – for example patching a server or updating a VMware client – not only maintaining documentation.
