Your team and leadership environment Biochemistry consists of 10 laboratory technicians and nine scientists organised across two teams.

In this role, you will lead the scientist team and work closely with colleagues across the area. The area performs analytical testing of raw materials, intermediates, finished products, process development samples, stability samples and control cells for extraneous agents. Techniques include physico-chemical testing, ELISA, HPLC and hemadsorption assays.

Biochemistry also performs method development, validation and comparability testing. You will join a QC department of approximately 90 employees across six teams. Our Core Leadership Team of Senior Managers works closely with First-Line Managers, the Operational Excellence Partner and a Quality Integrator to develop people and processes and maintain strong quality oversight.
