We’re now looking for a Business Cost Consulting Manager to join our team in Copenhagen, reporting to the Senior Director, Global Cost Transformation Office. This global role offers a unique opportunity work across functions and markets to shape and lead cost initiatives that deliver meaningful impact across Pandora’s operations, supporting our ambition to enhance efficiency and reinvest in growth.

In this role, you’ll act as a strategic partner, leading the development and execution of cost initiatives across global and cluster tracks. Working closely with Senior Business leader with the support of Finance and Procurement, you’ll challenge assumptions, identify opportunities, and build robust business cases that drive sustainable impact.
