About the role
As our Staff Engineer, you'll help shape the future of Supply & Demand Technology within Manufacturing & Supply Chain Technology at the LEGO Group. You'll act as a technical leader across multiple product teams, bringing people together around shared goals, technical direction, and portfolio priorities. This isn't a hands-on coding role.
Instead, you'll use your technical depth, supply chain expertise, and ability to navigate complexity to help teams make better decisions, align on priorities, and deliver scalable solutions. Required Qualifications - Led technical initiatives across multiple product teams within a complex supply chain environment.
