Product Manager, Financial Services

Pay: competitive. Flatpay is looking for an experienced Product Manager to join our Financial Services team. In this role, you'll help develop our customer-facing banking product, including the app that supports small and medium-sized businesses in their day-to-day financial activities. Hands-on product management experience with customer-facing apps is essential for this role.

You will work closely with engineers, designers, operations, commercial teams, and external partners to turn customer needs, business priorities, and technical requirements into clear product improvements. The role suits someone with product experience from a banking environment who can combine customer understanding, app expertise, and technical fluency.

What you will work on - Develop and continuously improve Flatpay’s banking product and customer-facing app for SMEs. - Turn customer feedback, product and user data, and business needs into well-defined product improvements. - Work closely with other product managers, designers, and engineers throughout product discovery, definition, delivery, launch, and iteration.
