Operational Manager, Research and Operations

Employment type: FULLTIME. Requisition: 3121956. Job Description As an Operational Manager, Research and Operations, you will join the Research and Operations Scandinavia team and provide operational support across a range of research studies and medical research projects.

You will manage studies from development through completion, ensuring they are delivered in accordance with negotiated contracts, approved budgets, agreed timelines, quality expectations, internal standard operating procedures, and applicable regulations.

You will work closely with Study Leads, Medical Affairs, brand teams, affiliate researchers, healthcare professionals, vendors, and external partners to facilitate effective and compliant study processes. This role may be based in either Copenhagen or Stockholm and reports to the Head of Affiliate Research, Scandinavia. The Operational Manager, Research and Operations will:

• - Act as a strategic partner to identify opportunities for real-world data to address local evidence gaps.
• Facilitate identification and address evidence gaps, support evidence generation strategies, and provide scientific input to local evidence initiatives.
