You will gain practical insights into complex international projects and collaborate with various internal functions and external suppliers.
About the role
Support the maintenance, organisation and filing of contracts, correspondence, variation orders and other commercial documentation - Assist with the preparation and follow-up of variation orders, contract amendments, payment applications and claims - Support the preparation, documentation and follow-up of internal and external meetings - Contribute to commercial analyses, report analyses, presentations and regular reports for project management - Maintain data in the relevant systems and help ensure that contractual documentation is complete, accurate and traceable - Take responsibility for smaller work packages and support the team with ad-hoc re1 …
