Project Associate Director

Your impact begins here As Project Associate Director, you will lead the M3 Project Management Office and own the project portfolio that keeps our API manufacturing investments and complex non-investments moving. You will make sure major projects, including large investments stay on scope, cost and timeline, and are prioritised to match our strategy.

Your work helps deliver the capacity and quality that people living with serious chronic diseases rely on. What you’ll bring - An academic degree (MA or MSc) within engineering, science or economics. - Solid experience within pharmaceutical production. - A strong track record in project management and project portfolio management.

- Experience with environmental Health and Safety and Quality Management Systems. - Proven people leadership: you can manage through others, coach and develop, and set challenging goals that improve the business. - Clear communication and strong collaboration skills, with the ability to follow up and reach shared goals. Useful, but not essential:

• - Additional education or profound experience within management and production.
• - Experience with change management and cLEAN leadership tools.
