We have built important foundations, and now we are looking for an experienced Rewards professional to help drive and further strengthen our global Rewards journey.

As our Global Rewards Lead, you will play a key role in setting the direction for our future Rewards strategy and developing the principles, frameworks and programmes that support our business and colleagues across the world.

Working closely with senior leaders, P&C leadership and colleagues across our markets, you will translate business priorities into a coherent global Rewards approach while driving key initiatives from concept to execution.

Shape our global Rewards agenda Based at our headquarters in Bredebro, Denmark, you will join our Global People & Operations function and become part of our Global Rewards team together with an experienced Senior Rewards Partner.
