Spanish Lawyer for Kirk Larsen's International Department

We are looking for a Spanish-qualified and licensed lawyer who is based in Denmark and interested in working with real estate and other legal matters between Denmark and Spain. Experience in inheritance law is an advantage, but it is certainly not a requirement. You will become part of a close-knit and informal team led by Partner Michael Appel.

Your home office can be located in Herning, Esbjerg, Skjern, Aarhus, or Copenhagen. About the Position We assist clients with legal matters related to Spain. Together with your colleagues, you will help create clarity and ensure a secure and smooth process for our clients.

Your responsibilities will include

• - Buying and selling real estate in Spain.
• - Inheritance matters involving both Denmark and Spain, where relevant to the cases handled.
• - Advising Danish clients with property, investments, or other interests in Spain.
• - Coordinating and communicating with Spanish authorities, notaries, and other advisers.

About You We imagine that you:

• - Are qualified and licensed as a lawyer in Spain.
• - Are currently living in Denmark, or would like to relocate to Denmark.
• - Have experience with the purchase and sale of real estate in Spain.
• - May have experience with inheritance law, although this is not a requirement.
