HBK Virum We are looking for a structured and proactive Production Planner to join our Production Planning team. As a Production Planner, you will be responsible for the day-to-day planning and coordination of production, ensuring that production plans support customer demand and delivery requirements. You will ensure that products are available when needed for production and customer shipments.

You will work closely with Production, Order Management, Customer Care and Logistics to create realistic production plans, manage priorities and resolve issues that may impact delivery.

Your responsibilities

• Production Planning - Develop and maintain production plans based on demand, capacity and material availability.
• - Plan and prioritise production orders to ensure customer requirements are met.
• - Manage and follow up on production orders to ensure they are ready for production.
• - Monitor production progress and follow up on deviations from the plan.
• - Plan production capacity, labour and machine availability to optimise production flow.
• - Manage customer orders and backlogs and ensure priorities are clearly communicated.
