About the role
As our Staff Engineer - Identity, you'll own the cross-domain engineering of identity across the LEGO® digital ecosystem at the LEGO Group. You'll act as a bridge between the Principal Engineering community and the product teams delivering secure, compliant identity outcomes.
This role gives you the opportunity to shape the end-to-end approach to colleague and partner identities, influence technical direction across multiple teams, and help ensure identity capabilities are ready for future challenges. You'll bring people together around a shared technology vision and help translate strategy into practical engineering outcomes.
