Manufacturing Readiness Engineer The Impact You'll Make As a Manufacturing Readiness Engineer, you will play a key role in bridging product development and manufacturing. Your work will ensure that design changes and new prototype requirements are translated into successful production builds, helping Danfoss bring innovative products to market efficiently and with high quality.
In this highly collaborative role, you will create the structure, alignment, and transparency needed to move prototypes smoothly from engineering into production. By coordinating stakeholders across engineering, planning, and manufacturing, you will help identify risks early, capture valuable learnings, and contribute to continuous improvement of our prototype and industrialization processes.
