The Role Donkey Republic is seeking a data-driven Procurement & Inventory Specialist to join our team in Copenhagen.
In this role, you will manage day-to-day purchasing execution and support spare parts availability to support our city operations. By aligning forecasting and procurement with documented processes, you will ensure our inventory strategy supports both daily operations and our long-term growth.
