We also work closely with Sales and Global Services colleagues to develop strategic account growth plans, and to identify and pursue sales opportunities. We are seeking a highly skilled AI Network Service Delivery Engineer (SDE) - to lead the delivery, operational excellence, and continuous improvement of networking services supporting next-generation AI infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities - Lead deployment, operational management, and continuous improvement of AI networking services. - Ensure high availability, reliability, and performance of AI network fabrics supporting GPU clusters. - Drive incident management, root cause analysis, and service restoration activities. - Develop operational standards, runbooks, and service delivery processes.
