About the team
As Head of Security Architecture, you will lead and evolve Novonesis’ security architecture capability across enterprise IT and operational technology environments. You will connect business priorities, technology strategy, operational resilience, and cyber security objectives, ensuring that security is embedded from design through operation.
Together with security architects and stakeholders across the business, you will establish practical standards and guardrails that enable secure innovation, digital transformation, and long-term growth.
