Production Team Leader | Full-Time | Production Supervisor Are you a people-focused leader who thrives on guiding teams toward shared goals? We’re looking for a supervisor who can inspire and develop a team while ensuring effective collaboration and results. In this role, you’ll play a key part in turning strategy into action and creating an environment where people and performance grow together.
You will be responsible for one of our production areas, where we make the blades ready for painting. Here you will be responsible for around 20 - 30 employees, hourly paid production workers. In cooperation with the Production Manager and Supervisor colleagues you ensure that production is delivered safely, of the right quality according to delivery plan.
Secure that the team is delivering according to the agreed production plan in its own process area. In Nakskov, the production working schedule is based on a 3-1-3-7 rotation of 12-hour shifts. That means that you will meet on Thursday, Friday and Saturday with a day off on Sunday. Then return to work Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday before going off for a week.
