Your new role As Director, Head of Architecture & Design, you will be accountable for leading the Architecture & Design function within Commercial Digital Enablement, spanning Lundbeck’s commercial digital, data and artificial intelligence agenda.

You will lead a team of architecture specialists and create the conditions for them to perform at their best: clear priorities, strong collaboration, transparent decision-making and a shared understanding of good architecture and design.

A central part of your role will be to bring business and digital stakeholders together, translate complexity into clarity and ensure design decisions balance business value, speed, usability, compliance, scalability and long-term sustainability.
