Are you an experienced HR professional who enjoys combining HR operations, employee support and employment compliance in an international environment? We are looking for a structured, service-minded and proactive HR Generalist to join our Global People Support team.

You will take a key role in supporting employees hired from Denmark and become a central point of contact for matters related to Danish employment administration, employee cases and HR processes.

You will work closely with employees, managers, HR colleagues and external stakeholders to ensure that HR processes are handled professionally, efficiently and in line with Danish employment legislation, collective agreements and internal requirements. As part of our Global People Support team, you will contribute to delivering a high-quality and consistent HR service across the organization.
