Job Description The LEGO Group is seeking a visionary strategic executive to help define and execute our long-term corporate strategy, establish our competitive direction, and lead transformational change that will reshape how we operate.

As Vice President of Strategy & Transformation, you will serve as the primary architect of the LEGO Group's strategic agenda, partnering directly with the CFO and Executive Leadership Team to establish organizational direction, prepare board-level strategy discussions, and lead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.

Based in either Billund or Copenhagen, you will lead approximately 40 strategy and transformation professionals while maintaining personal involvement in defining the company's most critical strategic choices and their execution. This is a high-impact executive role with significant senior visibility and direct influence over the company's long-term competitive position.
