Your impact begins here As Global Director of Medical Association Partnerships & KOL Engagement, you will set the global strategy for how Novo partners with medical associations and engages leading scientific experts.
You will build the frameworks, governance and standards that turn external relationships into real scientific collaboration — strengthening our credibility and accelerating progress for people living with serious chronic diseases. Your leadership will directly shape the reach and quality of our external scientific engagement worldwide.
What you'll bring
- Advanced degree in medicine, pharmacy, life sciences, public health or a relevant discipline — or equivalent experience.
- - 10+ years in Medical Affairs, external scientific engagement, professional society partnerships or a related pharmaceutical field.
- - Proven ability to develop and implement global stakeholder or partnership strategies in a complex matrix organisation.
- - Track record of engaging senior external experts and medical associations with scientific credibility and high ethical standards.
- - Experience leading cross-functional initiatives, governance, budgets and organisational change across regions.
