Senior Business Partner, GMS IT

Your impact begins here As Senior Business Partner, you will strengthen strategic leadership support across Global Manufacturing & Supply IT (GMS IT), a global area of around 1,000 people. You will work as a trusted partner to the GMS IT Vice President and Leadership Team, helping bring preparation and coherence to how priorities are shaped and communicated.

Your work will sharpen decision-making, support executive-level narratives and ensure the value, risks and priorities of GMS IT are clearly communicated in business planning, Enterprise IT and senior leadership forums.

What you'll bring

We are looking for a strategic partner who fosters trust, align stakeholders, and creates clarity in ambiguous situations. To succeed, you will bring:

- A master's degree in economics, business administration, finance or a related business discipline. - Experience supporting senior leaders and leadership teams in a strategic, coordination or business partnering capacity, for example as a Senior Business Partner, Chief of Staff, Executive Assistant, management consultant or strategy professional.
