As Head of People & Culture, you'll steer the team through the transformation and build on the trust the business already has. e-conomic is Denmark’s market-leading cloud-based accounting and financial platform for small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs), based in Copenhagen.
Product and AI are company-wide priorities right now, and what the business needs from People & Culture moves with them – quarter by quarter, sometimes faster. So the question this role owns isn't how do we do more of what we already do? It's what value should People & Culture actually deliver to this business, and how do we get there without growing the team.
THE ROLE You'll report to Emilie (our COO) and lead People & Culture as a single, unified function; managing a 10+ team across People Operations, Talent Acquisition, and People Business Partnering.
