You will be the Facilities Manager’s right hand, coordinating four technicians and stepping in for the manager when needed. Your tasks and responsibilities You will work alongside the team, set priorities and support the technicians with clear direction and feedback. You respond to urgent issues and adapt plans to minimise disruption for guests.
As the supervisor, you will support onboarding, training and development of your employees, as well as providing guidance and feedback.
