Your new role As an Operational Leadership Partner, you will work at the intersection of leadership, strategy and operations — helping leaders and leadership teams close the gap between what they aspire to and what actually happens in practice. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Identify and address the organisational conditions that enable or limit leadership performance, including structures, routines, governance and ways of working.
