- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Biopharmaceutical Technology, Life Sciences, Lean Manufacturing, or a relevant field - Proficient with MS Office (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.) - Strong data analytics and PowerPoint slide creation abilities - Strong Communication & Presentation Skills Preferred qualifications:
- Proven Leadership experience with small teams - Experience in project management or lean implementation - Experience working in a GMP environment - Build, update, and monitor detailed schedules for assigned scope areas. - Align deliverables across Engineering, Automation, CQV, Quality, Maintenance, and Operations for assigned scope areas - Drive day-to-day follow-up on action items, open issues, and dependencies.
- Ensure coordination of interconnected or dependent commissioning and qualification activities - Maintain accurate project records, dashboards, and provide progress updates. - Identify emerging risks in scope and scheduling; escalate as needed. - Act as a central point of contact for the scope area, ensuring smooth collaboration across functions.
