Opportunity summary

Employment type: FULLTIME. Requisition: 8428153. Build the team that builds Relesys. We’re looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead and develop one of our engineering teams.

You’ll be accountable for the team’s growth, performance and delivery, creating the conditions for engineers to do their best work and deliver meaningful customer and business outcomes sustainably. You’ll also help the team adopt AI effectively in software development and explore opportunities for AI-powered product innovation.

You turn strategy into a small set of clear priorities, make the trade-offs behind them visible, and create the planning and release rhythm that lets your area ship reliably.

You stay accountable for architecture decisions, production health, security posture and technical debt - even when senior engineers are leading the actual design work - and you make sure delivery is backed by solid fundamentals: testing, observability, feature flags, and real incident learning.
