Production Lead Help shape the future of aquaculture At BioMar Tech Center, ideas quickly become reality. This is where new raw materials, process technologies and feed concepts are tested, challenged and transformed into pilot-scale production before finding their way into BioMar factories and products around the world.

As our new Production & Process Lead, you will play a key role in ensuring that innovation can be turned into safe, efficient and reliable production. You will work at the intersection of production, process technology and R&D, helping bridge the gap between development and execution.

Drive innovation through pilot production and process excellence In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating daily pilot production activities while supporting process development and technology implementation.
