About the role

As our Digital Enablement & Projects Manager, you'll identify, shape, and deliver digital enablement initiatives and cross-functional projects that support Social Responsibility priorities. You'll work across Social Responsibility, Digital, IT, Data & Analytics, and other enabling functions to translate agreed priorities into practical solutions, implementation plans, and measurable outcomes.

Acting as a bridge between business, technical, and operational teams, you'll lead delivery, implementation, adoption, and change management activities that improve systems, tools, processes, reporting, collaboration, and organisational effectiveness. You'll also ensure new capabilities are successfully embedded before transitioning long-term ownership into operational teams.
