Global Marketing at WSA is going through significant transformation. To support that journey, we're looking for a Strategy & Execution Manager to help our leadership team turn complex business challenges into decisions—and decisions into action. Working directly with the Chief of Staff and closely with the CMO and Global Marketing Leadership Team, you'll operate at the centre of the commercial organisation.
You'll work across product business lines, retail, digital products, commercial processes and strategic initiatives, partnering with senior leaders to solve problems, shape priorities and deliver meaningful change. This is not a traditional strategy role where work ends with recommendations.
