About the role
We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our team. From day one you'll own a specific area of the user journey, working closely with designers, developers, and product owners to shape it end to end. Beyond your own work, you'll raise the bar across the team through critique, mentorship, and the standards you set.
You will
- Own an area of the product and drive its direction, from social sessions with friends to immersive training and entertainment setups. - Turn complex performance data into interfaces that are simply enjoyable to use. - Conduct user research, validate ideas, and deliver pixel-perfect designs. - Collaborate closely with your developers and product owner in a dedicated product team.
