Pay: 742,600–1,091,600 DKK per year. Country: Denmark. Your impact begins here As Senior Manager for M1 Purification, you will lead a skilled support team and help deliver more capacity and stable, high-quality production from our Kalundborg facility. You will develop your people, sharpen performance and secure quality and compliance every day.
What you'll bring
To lead this team well, we expect you to have:
- - Proven leadership experience, with the ability to develop, coach and grow a team.
- - Strong stakeholder collaboration skills and the ability to communicate at all levels of the organisation.
- - Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to identifying opportunities, solving problems systematically, and proactively improving processes, performance, and ways of working.
- - The ability to stay calm, prioritise and make clear decisions in a busy environment where the agenda changes frequently.
- - Fluency in English, and Danish—or a willingness to learn it.
Useful, but not essential:
- - Experience with the production and/or development of pharmaceutical products.
