The Global Partner Programs Manager is responsible for designing, governing, and continuously improving Milestone's global partner programs across both distribution and channel partners.

Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Global Channel Sales, this role ensures the operational framework, policies, tools, and programs enable partners worldwide to successfully grow the business. This role leads the global Partner Programs team responsible for administering partner programs, maintaining operational excellence, and driving consistent execution across regions.

Working closely with regional sales leadership, marketing, finance, operations, and enablement, the Global Partner Programs Manager ensures partner programs remain scalable, efficient, and aligned with Milestone's commercial strategy. Success in this role is measured by the effectiveness, adoption, and continuous improvement of Milestone's global partner ecosystem.
