Senior Associate, Partner Relations & Incentives

We are currently looking for a motivated Senior Associate to join our Global Rewards Team, based in our headquarters in Copenhagen.

Team You will join the Global Rewards Team, a team at CIP that takes an entrepreneurial and goal-oriented approach to defining and delivering on our business’s overall global rewards strategy. The Global Rewards Team works on a mandate from our Executive Committee and Compensation Committee, defining and orchestrating the execution of the global rewards strategy for all our CIP teams.

As part of this, our team holds the responsibility to ensure that the 50 CIP Partners stay engaged and motivated. RoleAs our new team member in Global Rewards, you will work closely with the Head of Rewards and the Global Rewards Team in designing and conceptualizing incentive schemes, and in doing so you will cooperate closely with talented colleagues in several teams across CIP.
