The Head of Product Management leads the global product management function, ensuring that Palsgaard’s portfolio is aligned with strategy, competitive pricing and technically robust.

The role secures portfolio governance, drives complexity reduction, and ensures that product and category strategies are delivered consistently across the organization. Why the role exists With a broad global portfolio, Palsgaard needs a clear focal point for portfolio ownership.

This role ensures that product management is not fragmented but unified under one leadership, bridging the technical and commercial perspectives with a high focus on competitive price setting.

The Head of Product Management exists to secure profitable growth and margins by managing the portfolio strategically, driving SKU reduction aligned to market strategies, and aligning innovation and lifecycle management with Must-Win Battles. The function reports to the Commercial Development Director.
