IT Senior Manager

Pay: 742,600–1,091,600 DKK per year. Country: Denmark. Your impact begins here As IT Senior Manager, you will lead an IT team that supports the OT systems to ensure the production running in Kalundborg. Joining an area that is still being rebuilt, you will create structure, establish clear ways of working, and rebuild a stable, capable team.

You will make sure reliable IT keeps manufacturing moving, and your leadership will help colleagues thrive — supporting the production of medicines for people living with serious chronic diseases. What you’ll bring We are looking for a leader who combines people-leadership strength with a genuine understanding of operational IT in a production environment.

You will need

- Demonstrated people-management experience, including leading and developing employees and teams. - Experience leading through change, ambiguity or organisational build-up, and the ability to give direction where roles and structures are not yet fully established.

- A track record of building or restructuring a team or operating model, and introducing practical structures such as roles, responsibilities, KPIs, dashboards and governance. - Strong stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to challenge, coach, influence and build relationships without relying on formal authority1 …
