As Health and Safety Manager in Projects, you play a significant role in our electrical substation projects for offshore wind farms, Power-to-X and energy transmission. Health and safety is in your hands across the full project lifecycle – from tender and order, through execution on site, until the project is handed over to Services or the client.
Projects run from one to several years, and depending on their size and complexity, two to five of them will be in your portfolio at the same time. Acting as HSE advisor and business partner to project managers and leadership, you are part of project discussions and meetings from the start, so safety is built in by design rather than added at the end.
