About the DTU Metabolomics Core The DTU Metabolomics Core in the Department of Bioengineering is one of a several Core facilities within the Department that supports a wide range of research and teaching. The area in which the Metabolomics Core specializes is in the chemical analysis of small secondary metabolites from microorganisms, such as bacteria, fungi, and microalgae.
This analysis is undertaken in our extensive instrument suite (HPLC, LCMS, GCMS, MALDI etc.), a collection of instrumentation that you will work closely with as our new technician.
