The level of this position is Senior Manager (individual contributor). Core Responsibilities Lead strategic workforce planning and headcount forecasting, providing data-driven insights that enable better workforce decisions.
Own and continuously improve the headcount planning process, driving automation, data quality and operational excellence through tools such as Power BI, Power Automate and other analytics solutions. Partner closely with HR, Finance, Rewards and business leaders to translate workforce data into meaningful insights and recommendations that influence strategic decisions.
