We’re looking for a seasoned Product Manager here at The LEGO Group to lead an evolution of integrated digital planning capabilities supporting Consumer Sales, Sell-In, and Merch Financial Planning. This role sits at the intersection of commercial strategy, retail planning, and digital product execution.

Core Responsibilities Own and evolve the Retail Planning product portfolio, ensuring alignment between business priorities, operating model changes, and technology investments. Partner with senior business stakeholders to define strategy, priorities, and value realization across Retail Planning, Global Inventory, and Merchandise Financial Planning capabilities.

Lead discovery and product strategy for complex business problems, translating them into scalable digital capabilities and measurable business outcomes.
