About the role
As our Global Distribution Circularity & Compliance Lead, you’ll take on a newly created Senior Manager position within the LEGO® Group. You’ll connect sustainability ambitions with operational action. You’ll drive global programmes covering waste compliance, reporting, scrap governance and reduction. You’ll begin by mapping current practices, then strengthen processes and shape the long-term strategy.
Required Qualifications - Minimum a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. - 5+ years of experience in Operations, Supply chain, Distribution or a related field, with responsibility for compliance, reporting or process improvement initiatives. - Proven experience managing regulatory compliance and reporting requirements, preferably within an operational or environmental context.
