Project Manager for 3XN - New York

3XN is looking for a Project Manager to join our studio in New York City. You will be working on a range of exciting, North American-based projects in an open, innovative, and design-oriented environment. We are looking for experienced designers who are passionate about value-driven, high-quality architecture at both the conceptual and detail level.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate projects through all phases including schematic design, design development, construction documentation, and construction administration. Manage project schedules, budgets, and consultant coordination.

Qualifications

Professional degree in Architecture Minimum 10 years of experience in all phases of design and documentation, from Concept Design through Construction Documentation (project management experience required) Strong conceptual and technical design skills, with the ability to produce design options both independently and collaboratively. Experience coordinating with consultants and managing multidisciplinary teams.
