More than a job: a mission We're looking for a Product Introduction Field Engineer in Copenhagen who will support testing, troubleshooting, and reliability growth of new train sets across Denmark and Europe. You'll work alongside people who show up with ownership, passion, and dedication. Your role, your impact - Support technical tests and troubleshooting of new train sets during the warranty period.

- Identify root causes of technical issues and implement corrective and preventive actions. - Contribute to the development of reliability improvements and field modifications. - Collaborate with internal and external partners, customers, and authorities to ensure high-quality testing and reporting. - Provide feedback on customer satisfaction and product performance to management.

You'll work with sharp, committed teams solving complex challenges that shape the future of mobility, ensuring new trains run reliably and efficiently across Denmark and beyond.
