Senior Director, Medical Strategy Lead- Cardiology /Endocrinology / Nephrology (Obesity)

Job Overview The Senior Medical Director provides strategic medical and scientific subject matter experience and expertise to IQVIA in the specialty/subspecialty or therapeutic area for which they have first hand knowledge informed by training, experience and expertise.

They gain greater independence over time for various activities that include but are not necessarily limited to early engagement of potential customers, proposal development in response to RFPs, participation in client proposal bid defense meetings, medical director and subject matter expertise as a consultant throughout the research and development lifecycle and the duration of clinical trials, and/or as an independent customer solution.

They collaborate across the organization to ensure that all of IQVIA's resources are fully leveraged in opportunities. Participation in thought leadership activities is highly encouraged.
