We are looking for a Team Lead Commissioning & Planning to lead a dynamic Field Service team of 10 Commissioning Engineers (located in NL, Denmark, Spain and the US) focused on the software implementation and testing of the delivered installations at our customers locations (globally).
You’ll guide and support your team in delivering high-quality service and execution. What you’ll be doingEnsure all work orders are delivered on time and within budget, with complete reporting. Collaborate with other teams and escalate issues as needed. Act as a sparring partner for field service scheduling, business, and technical support.
Monitor team performance and utilization, using KPIs for benchmarking. Mentor employees and encourage skill development. Conduct regular appraisals and performance meetings. Manage recruitment, onboarding, training, and development.
