Join Team Continuous in R&D Team Continuous is a software development team within Device Software R&D. We create the CI/CD platform, developer tooling, and specialized infrastructure used to build, test, and release software for Demant’s hearing care products. We work directly with engineers developing firmware, embedded software, algorithms, and applications.
Our solutions connect source code, build systems, test environments, hardware, and release processes into dependable development workflows. The team develops software and automation across a broad technical landscape. We also manage Windows and Linux virtual machines across multiple locations, along with some of the specialized physical infrastructure used for building and testing our products.
