About the role
As our Element Designer, you'll help shape the future of the LEGO® System in Play through physical product design, functionality and innovation. You'll take ideas from early concepts through to production-ready solutions, creating elements that combine aesthetics, play value and manufacturability.
Working closely with design, engineering and manufacturing partners, you'll help develop products that expand building possibilities and create meaningful play experiences.
Required Qualifications - Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design or a related design discipline - Experience using 3D design software such as Rhino, NX, ZBrush or similar - Ability to translate ideas and concepts into compelling 3D solutions - Strong sketching, visualization and storytelling skills - Strong understanding of form, proportion, scale and product aesthetics - Passion for creating physical products and play experiences - Good communication and collabor1 …
