Interacoustics provides specialist calibration, repair and support services for hearing and balance equipment to the Audiology industry throughout Australia.

The Role
To provide administrative support functions to the full Interacoustics Team To create a positive client experience and foster a supportive team environment To ensure operational consistency across all brands by establishing and maintaining agreed practices and procedures Key Accountabilities:
- Co-ordinating the relevant logistics to ensure the delivery of equipment and supplies to the appropriate destination – incorporating the timely booking of couriers
- Providing support and order processing on relevant sales orders with the main focus on consumables and equipment
